The 2009 Training Weekend commences this Friday when the Team meet at the Star for a swift one before heading off to their Welsh retreat. Due to an outbreak of pressure from wives and hangers on we are slightly down on original members this year, so after a recruiting process borrowed from the Press Gang era, we have a batch of newbies heading down the M4 with us, Us more experienced members will be there to guide them in the ways of the New Romney Mountain Rescue Team. We will attempt to post pictures here on this site as well as on our Twitter account, so you can see precisely what we are up to, although having said that reception at our retreat is sketchy to say the least...
